Sizing
Boss & Olly HugMe Harness comes in 5 sizes. Here's a size guide. We recommend sizing up if your pet is in between sizes. If you are unsure which size to order, please contact us for a fitting session, or recommendations. 
Shipping
This is a ready-to-ship item and will be dispatched in 2-3 working days after its launch at petexpo.
Personalising it may take an additional 1-2days. If you have made-to-order items in the same order, they will be shipped out when all the products are ready.
Washing instructions
We recommend hand-washing personalised harnesses and avoid abrasive chemicals/scrubbing of the personalisation. Do not soak in hot water.
