The Waterproof Sling leash can be used either by hand or as a crossbody leash. Vary between the 2 modes by simply sliding the little sliding-tab along the straps.
They are made using the 19mm width Biothane®USA straps and solid brass trigger snaps in Gold and Rose Gold, suitable for medium to large size dogs or the lighter Zinc Alloy bolt snaps for small to medium size dogs.
Model in pictures above is 1.73m, using the Standard Sling. Baba the shiba inu is 12kg and Scoopy the havanese is 7.5kg.
Length options
The Standard Sling is equivalent to a 5.5ft handheld leash and is suitable for most pawrents to sling small to large dogs.
The Extended Sling is equivalent to a 6.5ft handheld leash and is suitable for taller/buffer pawrents to sling especially if they have smaller dogs, or those who are used to walking their dogs on a longer leash.
Traffic Handle
Add a traffic handle for the convenience of holding your dog closer when in a crowded area. Choose from a higher or lower placement according to your dog's height.
Smaller dogs would usually require a higher placement like in the pictures above and larger dogs would suit lower placements better.
Do note that a lower placement of the traffic handle would restrict the number of characters that would fit for the personalisation.
Care
Simply wipe down with a wet wipe or damp cloth for light cleaning, or use warm soapy water for thorough washing.
The screws can also be removed for more extensive cleaning if required.
Insect repellents containing deet may cause staining or pitting on the Biothane straps.
It is also possible for certain colours, especially fluorescent colours, to transfer from the Beta rolls or finished products onto hair, skin or fabric. These colours are not hazardous and they should not present a health or safety hazard. If colour transfer happens, wash with soap and water.

Note: A slight sheen may be present on certain areas of the strap surface after personalisation. This is more noticeable on darker straps than lighter straps.
