Always prioritise your pet’s body measurements over weight, as measurements provide a more accurate fit.
What if my pet is between two sizes?
If your pet falls between sizes, we recommend sizing up for better comfort, especially for pets with thicker fur or those still growing.
Is this suitable for puppies or cats?
Yes, as long as they meet the size requirements. Please refer to our size chart before purchasing.
For puppies, we recommend the Adjustable harness (basic, familiar cutting) or the Active harness, which features a smaller neck opening and a larger waist strap allowance (sizes XS and above also come with an AirTag pocket).
The HugMe harness is longer in design and may not fit a cat’s body shape comfortably.
Are your harness suitable for strong pullers?
Our harnesses are designed for everyday walks. For dogs that pull strongly, we recommend using the front ring for training purposes.
We would recommend our Active Harness - Classic Range.
How snug should the harness fit?
The harness should fit snugly without restricting movement. You should be able to fit one/two fingers comfortably between the harness and your pet.

Yes, personalisation is available at an additional cost of SGD15, which will be reflected at checkout.
Can I change the font style or colour for personalisation?
Each design comes with its own default font style and matching colour, selected to best complement the harness design.
If you have a specific request, you may leave a remark at checkout and we will advise if it can be accommodated.
Can personalisation be removed after purchase?
No. Once personalisation is applied, it cannot be removed. Personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
What happens if I submit the wrong spelling?
Please double-check all personalisation details before checkout. Changes will not be possible once personalisation has started.

Yes, personalisation in other languages is supported. We may adjust the default font to better suit the selected language. If we’re unable to accommodate it, we will contact you before proceeding.

We recommend hand-washing with mild detergent and air-drying, especially for items with name personalisation. If machine washing is required, please use a wash bag and avoid using a dryer to help prolong the product’s lifespan.

Our harnesses are designed for comfort, but we recommend removing them when your furkid is resting at home.

Yes, size exchanges are available within 14 days, subject to our exchange policy. Items must be unused, in original condition, and not personalised.
