Boss & Olly – Hiring for Pet Expo & Beyond!
We are expanding our team in preparation for Pet Expo (April 2026)— our biggest event of the year! We’re looking for passionate individuals to join us in various roles, both temporary and potentially long-term.
Here's a recap of what went down with the team in a previous PetExpo!
1. Inventory Support/ Operations – potentially part-time after event
✅ Role:
- Assist with order fulfilment, inventory sorting, pricing, and packing for Pet Expo.
- Help with stock arrangement, booth setup, and product display during Nov, prior to event.
- Work alongside the Inventory Lead during Pet Expo to manage stock
- Support post-event unpacking, tallying stock, and reorganizing showroom.
✅ Duration:
- Mid March - Mid April 2026
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with manual tasks (up to 8-10kg boxes).
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically capable of staying on their feet for extended periods during the Pet Expo.
2. Graphic Designer/Photography (Freelance/Part-Time)
✅ Role:
- Support the Marketing Lead with event marketing materials (Event posters, pricing boards, event backdrop, images for EDMs, website banners)
- Take new product images for social media and website listings in preparation for new launches
✅ Duration:
- March-April
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- Creative, able to align with Boss & Olly’s brand aesthetics.
- Comfortable appearing in social media content (added advantage).
3. Sales & Event Staff
✅ Role:
- Be the face and voice of Boss & Olly at Pet Expo
- Assist customers with product recommendations, harness sizing, purchases, and promotions.
- Help manage checkout, personalisation requests, and customer service.
- TikTok live (training provided)
✅ Duration:
- Mandatory : 3, 4, 5 April 2026
- Tiktok Live : Ad-hoc basis
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, proactive, and great at engaging with pet owners.
- Team player, punctual, responsible, honest.
- Must be comfortable and familiar with handling pets.
- Prior experience working at a pet event (added advantage).
- Comfortable appearing on social media content & hosting live.

- Work Location: Changi South Ave 2 and Singapore Expo.
